Charles Kozlowski ASLA

Principal Landscape Architect


Throughout his more than thirty years at Halvorson, Chuck has directed his creative talent towards a broad range of projects that include planning and design for urban parks and streetscapes and large-scale site planning and design for institutional, commercial and residential clients.

He has contributed as Principal-in-Charge and project manager for several award-winning projects during his 37-year career. Some notable projects include the Norman B. Leventhal Park at Post Office Square, renovations for St. Paul’s School Freidman Community Center, Moore and Crumpacker Halls, which received the 2019 AIA New Hampshire Design Award, and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Quad and Wedge Dining Terrace, recipient of the 2018 AIA New England Design Award. 

Chuck also specializes in design and design review, document production review, and quality control. His keen interest in plants and their use in the landscape is an important resource, helping the firm to maintain its high standards in planting design. He is a registered Landscape Architect in Massachusetts.
