Near the intersection of Route 128 and Route 3 in Burlington, the Nordblom Company transformed an underutilized office park into a new regional multi-use destination.
Halvorson worked closely with Nordblom and Elkus Manfredi Architects to fashion the outdoor spaces among buildings, parking, and circulation into a compelling, attractive complement to the built form, giving the entire project a vibrant sense of place.
